181 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 181 platform. Multiple account registrations, the use of false identities, or providing inaccurate information are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other required details. Identity verification using an official Malaysian document (such as MyKad) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. 181 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transfering account ownership to another party, or using someone else's account. Violation of this condition will result in permanent account suspension or closure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 181 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

181 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund witholding, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 181 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, and bank transfers to major Malaysian financial institutions.
Deposits successfully credited to your181 account cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the correct amount is entered before confirming any transaction. 181 is not liable for errors made by the user during the deposit process.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or one registered under the same account name. Withdrawal limits and processing times may vary depending on the selected method. For withdrawal requests that require further review, 181 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes.
Any taxes, charges, or fees imposed by payment service providers or banks are the sole responsibility of the user. 181 is not liable for delays caused by third parties in processing transactions.

6. Account Suspension, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

181 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. For accounts closed due to a violation, existing balances may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the customer support channel.
Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
